Henry is an adventurous yeti who decided to travel the world! He'll be sharing photos of his exploits each week as he explores foreign lands.
Archie often finds himself super starving between breakfast and lunch so today he decided to make a mega snack.
He's dreamt of this mega snack many times but never actually made it - he was very excited! He collected the ingredients, then chopped, hacked, grated and sliced for quite some time.
Once the preparation was complete, it was time for layer one of yeti mega snack!
So far so good, but after layer two was complete Archie could no longer reach the top of his creation. Luckily he found a cookbook that was the perfect size for standing on.
As Archie's mega snack continued to grow he got the feeling that it was missing something. This is when he spotted a bag of grain waves - they were the perfect addition to his now perfect snack!
The mega snack was finally finished!!! By this time it was actually time for lunch, so mega snack turned into lunch.
Today is Herbert's birthday! The friends had a little celebration for the modest monster (secretly they're planning a surprise party for next weekend). Herbert's favourite food in the whole world is fairy bread, so the critters made him fairy bread instead of birthday cake. Herbert was over the moon!
With spring in the air the critters decided it was time to check the garden to see how all the plants were coming along...
Eric the Sloth examined the snow peas, which he discovered ware doing very well indeed! The radishes weren't as impressive - the radish leaves were thriving but there didn't seem to be any signs of the radishes themselves. Eric also checked the lemonade tree which was budding nicely (lemonade is Eric's favourite drink so he was very excited!).
Lily the Koala was over the moon to find the daffodils in bloom because nothing says spring like daffodils! She also checked on the herbs and was very pleased to see the mint and coriander flourishing, she had a bit of a nibble just to check they tasted as good as smelt.
Henley the Fox admired the hanging flowers then tended to his seedlings that were growing up nicely. He chatted to them, or rather at them for a while because he'd heard they grow quicker that way (he did also have a lot to tell them). He later examined the passionfruit vine which had clearly been someone's lunch! So he decided to climb the vine, find the culprit and try to convince the offending caterpillar that the plants next door were much tastier. After some discussion he managed to persuade the caterpillar to at least try next door's plants.
By the end of the afternoon they were quite hungry so they ate all the snow peas!
